A certified general contractor specializing in turn-key structure packages, Alex Alvarez founded Valben Construction in June 2021 after over 17 years building South Florida's most complex concrete projects. His career spans the full spectrum — from structural foundations and post-tension slabs to high-rise formwork and large-scale construction management.
Prior to founding Valben, Alex managed and oversaw the completion of 20+ major projects representing over $450 million in concrete work, formed and placed over 11 million square feet of concrete, and poured over 450,000 cubic yards of concrete across South Florida. He is a driven, challenge-seeking team player who values collaboration, safety, and quality above all else.
His mission is straightforward: deliver excellence, efficiency, and satisfaction to every client and partner — project after project.
